their account, in the cinema, with wadever hand positions and
props, and unrealized by the victim till later on .

not) brushing or pressing of arm against body, or fingertip against
body, with intent, qualifies as outrage of modesty.
When it's discrete, very light brush, like a "could it be accident?
could be on purpose? " kind of touch , a girl in shock , confusion
and embarrassment would not immediately conclude that an outrage is
taking place.
